Automotive / Heavy Truck Technicians

Working knowledge of all automotive systems required, ability to troubleshoot systems using diagrams, schematics and troubleshooting guides. Assembly of light/medium/heavy wheeled vehicles, including disassembly and re-assembly of components. 2 yrs. min. Experience w/diesel automotives.

Lead Automotive / Heavy Truck Technician

Working knowledge of all automotive systems required. Ability to troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic systems using diagrams/schematics and troubleshooting guides. Assembly of light/medium/heavy wheeled vehicles including disassembly and re-assembly of components. Trade School, Vo-Tech, ASE certifications and diesel mechanics with 2 years minimum experience preferred. Must work well in a team concept with minimal supervision.

Design Engineer II / Designer II

Positions available for Engineers and Designers with heavy automotive experience. Driveline, vehicle system, component integration experience, preferably 3 - 10 yrs. Experience using Solidworks or Pro-E. Must be flexible, good communication skills are critical.

Drafter / Designer

Drafter/Designer w/3D modeling, preferably Solidworks or Pro-E, experienced in heavy truck systems design from conception to production needed. Minimum 2 to 5 yrs experience required. Must be flexible and have good communication skills.

ILS Training Instructor

Candidate must be able to obtain security clearance. Will be responsible for developing and conducting operators and maintenance training courses for military audiences. Will assist in developing training program for PVI product lines. Should have minimum of 2 years experience. Mechanical experience required. Must be able to read and understand engineering drawings. Military instructor training experience preferred. Some travel and overtime may be required.

ILS Technical Illustrator

Candidate must be able to obtain security clearance. Using common software tools, Illustrator will prepare orthographic and isometric illustrations for PVI product technical manuals and parts catalogs from engineering drawings, blueprints, production guides and instructions from technical writers. Person must also be capable of preparing exploded views of components, assemblies and installations. Should have minimum of 2 years experience using illustrating software. Must be able to read and understand engineering drawings and technical formatting requirements. Military publications experience preferred. Heavy equipment or automotive publications experience a plus. ISO Draw and Photoshop proficiency required. Some overtime may be required.

ILS Technical Writer

Candidate must be able to obtain security clearance. Using common desktop publishing software tools, writers will develop and validate operating and maintenance procedures for PVI products. Writers will develop accurate parts catalogs from engineering drawings, blueprints, vendor data and production outputs. Should have minimum of 2 years experience. Must be able to read and understand engineering drawings and technical formatting requirements. Military publications experience preferred. Heavy equipment or automotive publications experience a plus. Proficiency using Framemaker required. Some overtime may be required.

Experienced Machinist

For manufacturing facility needed immediately. Ability to use machinery including mill; lathe; drill press; etc. in a heavy metal environment. Good organizational skills and ability to interpret technical blueprints and sketches.

Industrial Electrical Maintenance

5 yrs. experience in Industrial Electrical Maintenance or equivalent required. Must be familiar with NEC codes and capable of working independently. Must be able to work from blueprints, sketches, charts, manuals and verbal instructions. Good communication skills critical

Overhead Bridge Crane Operator

Skilled in safe operation of a cab controlled crane up to 50 tons. Abilityto efficiently & safely operate in close environment a must. Experience rigging & handling large product required.

Plasma Burn Table Operator

Experienced in operation of CNC Controlled Burn Machines. Must be organized, capable of visually inspecting cut pieces to insure accuracy and work independently within a team environment.

Press Brake Operator

For manufacturing facility with ability to interpret blueprints and sketches, do layout, cut and bend accurately. Must be organized, capable of visually inspecting cut pieces to insure accuracy and work autonomously within a team environment.

Welder

Experienced heavy special metal welder working from blueprints, drawings and sketches using fluxcore and or stick needed. Minimum 2 yrs. experience with manufacturing experience helpful.

Welder / Fitter

Responsible for fit up of medium to heavy special metal from blueprints, drawings and sketches using fluxcore and or stick to finished product. Minimum 2 yrs experience must be able to translate from blueprint reading to layout. Communication skills critical, must be able to work independently within in a team concept. Manufacturing experience helpful.
